Aid or good government?
Feb. 5th, 2005 10:16 amNiall Ferguson makes some good points in todays Torygraph about the roles of foreign aid and good governance in helping poor countries. I wonder how much of the recent outpouring of aid for tsunami victims is going to end up in Switzerland?
