chickenfeetSo Britain is to have a Serious and Organised Crime Agency (assuming this story is not in a fact the Grauniad's annual spoof). I guess it will make a change after all the entirely risible and thoroughly disorganised crime agencies like MI5 and the Metropolitan Police. On which note, a recently overheard conversation:
Dame Eliza Manningham-Buller: "I think I'm going to get a Brazilian."
Sir Ian Blair: "I already did".
