It was a really nice day here. Hot but with enough of a breeze off the lake to make it tolerable. I would really have liked to have gone for a bike ride but it's just not possible yet. This is the frustrating time. I have almost a full range of motion and some strength back in the shoulder but even walking for any extended period causes a lot of achiness. Riding a bike is still right out. The jarring would be impossible. I learnt that when I took the car out on Wednesday for the first time. I was doing OK until I hit a pot hole. It was like having a red hot poker stuck into my shoulder. No fun!

Still, I ought not to complain too much. I'm healing pretty quickly. I don't need surgery and bar the usual long term nasties of a joint injury I should heal up about 90% effective and quickly too. I wish I could go for a bike ride though.
