... I suppose it is useless to point out that Katie Couric didn't ask Sarah Palin to name any other Supreme Court ruling besides Roe v. Wade - she asked her if she could think of any other rulings that she personally disagreed with. Which is not the same thing at all. (Off my bat, I can't immediately think of a recent, unrepealed Supreme Court decision I disagree with either.)
or how about the recent one where the SC ruled that State governments were not bound by international obligations entered into by the United states. Specifically that Texas was not bound to respect an ICJ ruling on the right of foreign nationals to consular access.
