I played soccer for the first time in years last night. I think the last time I played was probably when I was working in Wigan in, I think, 1992. OK so it was just a pick up co-ed kick around in the park and the skill levels left a bit to be desired but it was a good work out and I had fun. I still have a way to go with fitness levels. OK I had a half hour bike ride each way on top of about an hour of soccer but I was pretty done by the time I got home. And I have fitness training at Sunnybrook this morning!
