I hate Rogers
Aug. 16th, 2007 03:22 pmI haver just spent more than two hours trying to get Rogers to fix a screw up they made when they provisioned a new modem for us. Without going into details of the incompetence and, frankly, lying that went on I did think it was worth noting that when I asked to speak to somebody in customer service management I was told that she could transfer me to the people who handled complaints but that the queue was really long!
